Pet Boarding Procedures & Other Details
Check-in & Check-out Process
We ask that you please have your pet dropped off at least two hours before closing time so our staff can prepare your pet for the evening. During check-in, a staff member will go over drop-off/boarding paperwork and any important details regarding your pet’s care. Our staff will also organize or verify a check-out time for your pet.
Meals & Treats
Your furry companions’ dietary needs are very important to us, and we understand that a sudden change in diet can cause unpleasant symptoms. Because of this, we require that you bring your pet’s own food from home. When you are planning ahead for your pet’s stay with us, please make sure to bring enough food to last for the entire duration of their stay, plus a few extra days (just to be safe). You are welcome to bring your pet’s favorite treats.
In the event that your pet runs out of food during their stay with us, we will feed a bland diet equivalent, unless your pet is on a special prescription diet. We would continue their prescribed diet as we carry most Hill’s Science Diet prescription foods in stock. Please be sure to alert our staff during check-in if your pet has any food allergies or sensitivities.
We provide appropriate size blankets, food bowls, and litter boxes for your companions. For your convenience and your pet’s safety, we ask that you keep your pet’s belongings at home for their later return. When in a new and confined space, your pet may exhibit atypical signs, such as urinating on their favorite bed or chewing through a toy. We guarantee your pet will get love and affection from our staff.
Rest easy and with peace of mind knowing your companions are in the hands of your trusted veterinarian’s office. We ensure your pet receives all of their medications consistently and on schedule while monitoring their status.
Your companion will be checked on and monitored regularly by our exceptional support staff. With your approval, we can treat your pet as needed for any pre-existing conditions or medical emergencies during their stay.
While we are not professional groomers, we can perform grooming services if needed or requested. We offer nail trims, baths, or spa packages (ear cleaning, anal gland expression, and nail trim) for an additional fee. If your pet needs partial to full grooming, please be advised they may require minor sedation due to behavior.
